Renchuang building

Renchuang building is located in Zhongguancun environmental protection science and technology demonstration park, Haidian District, Beijing. The project covers an area of about 8000 square meters, with a planned construction area of 19261 square meters, 6 floors above the ground and 2 floors underground.

The building adopts the creative scheme and technology of sand-based ultra-low energy consumption building, explores the integration mode of natural energy and sand plastic building through the innovative and comprehensive application of sand-based products, invents the integrated application system of "rainwater resources - natural energy - sand plastic building", provides all natural energy guarantee for building heating, refrigeration, fresh air and hot water, and opens up a new way of "building with sand". The project was rated as an ultra-low energy consumption demonstration project in Beijing.

The system realizes "Four Integration" technologies: 1. Integrated storage and utilization technology of rainwater resources and natural energy; 2. Integrated ventilation and temperature regulation technology of silica sand honeycomb water storage facilities; 3. Integrated energy integration technology of water source, ground source and air source; 4. Complementary utilization technology of sand plastic building wallboard and natural energy system.

At present, Renchuang building is under construction and is expected to be completed by the end of 2022 to meet the occupancy conditions.
